The Problem: The best way to tell a company story is with employees. However, videos where you are straight-shooting a bunch of people talking, are not that exciting. So what you need to do is capture interview-style answers, and edit them into a cohesive narrative.The Approach: Mixing interviews, office B-roll, and motion graphics we got to work on this video which touches multiple spheres from company culture, to process, why, and how the platform works. Most of the video was planned out in the concept/brainstorming with a few surprises that got thrown in in post-production editing.
